terms of service

ð–¡¼ by commissioning me you agree to these terms and conditionsð–¡¼ i hold the right to reject any piece i feel is beyond my ability. i also hold the right to reject any client i am not comfortable with.
ð–¡¼ my queue is visible via my trello link, and any commission can be requested via discord, or bluesky.
ð–¡¼ all prices are in $USD, all payments will only be accepted via paypal. please keep in mind, you must cover the 2.9% tax if you are within the usa, or 4.4% tax if outside of the country. to calculate this into the final amount, it will be 0.029 x price OR 0.044 x price. this = amount of tax needed to be added to the final payment.
ð–¡¼ 100% full payment is sent after the rough sketch is approved, there will be no refunds beyond this point.
ð–¡¼ the prices stated are base price, complexity will bump these prices based on how i see fit.
ð–¡¼ prices are stated per character, extra characters will be an additional character price, and so on.
ð–¡¼ the last chance for edits are when the final lines are approved, beyond this point i will not make edits once i begin coloring a piece. if you truly want something changed, there will be an additional fee.
ð–¡¼ turnaround is usually 5-6 weeks depending on my mental capacity at the time, if you require the piece by a certain date please let me know!!

a piece depicting your character from the neck up, or can show the tops of shoulders. this will largely focus upon the facial expressions of your character.

ð–¡¼ fullbody: $45

a piece depicting your character in their full glory! their full body will be included within this piece, and will focus on their movement and color themed mood overall.

ð–¡¼ reference sheet: $80+

ð–¡¼ additional fullbody: $45 each
ð–¡¼ headshot: $25 each
ð–¡¼ design details: $5-50

a piece depicting your characters information, colors, and special oddities! a base reference will include 1 fullbody, color references, and some simple information. any other additions beyond these, will have an additional cost.

ð–¡¼ custom designs: $100+

a piece in which the client has me design a custom character, i require an idea and references be sent clearly and concisely. beyond this the client and i will be consistently touching base to create exactly what is wanted! will only be a fullbody and can include a color palette.

ð–¡¼ chibi: $20

a piece depicting your character in simple "cutesey" style, this style will focus on large eyes and round edges.

ð–¡¼ icons: $30

a piece depicting your character in a rendered style, focusing closely on the expression of your character and their colored mood.
